1) Acceptance

By accessing the Trulos website or using our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2) Services

We provide a free load board and related tools (e.g., IFTA mileage helpers, dispatch documents, truck parking maps). Some features may change or be discontinued as we improve the platform.

3) Accounts

Most browsing requires no login. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4) Posting loads

• You must have authority to post each load and provide accurate, non-misleading information.
• You grant Trulos a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your load postings to users and partners.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5) Acceptable use

• No scraping at scale, automated harvesting, or bulk exporting without written permission.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or abuse reporting features.
• No posting of unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or spam content.
• No misrepresentation of identity or authority when contacting carriers or brokers.

6) Intellectual property

All site content, code, and design are owned by Trulos or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or these Terms.

7) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8) Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy or availability of third-party data (e.g., map tiles, parking feeds).

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trulos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the services.

10) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trulos and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect abuse, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
